The service

ARIA is an AI voice sales agent provided by BY Consulting. We set up, manage, and run an AI agent that answers your business calls, talks to your callers, qualifies leads, and books meetings on your behalf.

Subscriptions and billing

• Plans are billed monthly. There are no long-term contracts.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Setup and onboarding are included in your plan.

Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business during onboarding
• Keep your calendar and availability up to date
• Show up to the calls your leads book
• Let us know quickly if something is not working as expected

What we are responsible for

• Setting up your AI agent correctly
• Keeping the system running and performing well
• Replying to support requests within 24 hours on business days
• Keeping your business and lead data secure

Limitation of liability

ARIA is a tool that helps you handle your calls and leads. We do not guarantee specific revenue, close rates, or lead quality, as these depend on your business, your offer, and your market. Any results shared on our website are based on real client data, but individual results will vary.
