ARIA is operated by BY Consulting, Israel ("we", "us"). We respect your privacy and handle personal data in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 and its regulations. Providing your details is voluntary and based on your consent: you are under no legal obligation to provide them, but without certain details we may not be able to provide the service or reply to you.
We never sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
To run the service we rely on trusted providers, some located outside Israel (including the United States). By using ARIA you consent to your information being processed by them under their own privacy terms, in line with the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Information to Databases Abroad) Regulations, 5761-2001:
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, consistent with the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 5777-2017. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe and will notify you of a material security incident as required by law.
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax and accounting records). You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may, at any time, review the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or update it, and ask us to delete it. To exercise any of these, email aria@aria-sales.com and we will respond within the time the law allows.
We use minimal cookies and session storage for basic site functions only. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

ARIA is an AI sales-agent service by BY Consulting that answers, qualifies, and follows up with your leads over WhatsApp, phone, and email, and books meetings on your behalf.
The ARIA platform, software, and prompts are owned by BY Consulting. Your business data and your leads' data remain yours; we use them only to provide the service to you.
ARIA is a tool. Its AI outputs are advisory and may contain errors, so you are responsible for reviewing material actions before acting on them. We do not guarantee specific revenue, close rates, or lead quality, as these depend on your business, offer, and market. Results shown on our website are based on real client data, but individual results will vary.
Plans are billed monthly with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for downtime of third-party services (WhatsApp, AI providers, hosting, and the like).
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let active customers know by email.
These terms, and any dispute relating to ARIA, are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction.
